​My current company, Price Edwards and Company (PEC) has conducted market reports for OKC's CRE market since 1988. Unlike many CRE reports, which often rely on CoStar or outdated data, the PEC Marketing/IT team contacts each property owner or rep to collect the data and assimilate it into reliable statistics. Investment Specialists and brokers then hold discussions and write narratives based on the data and their personal experience with the local CRE market.
Then... I come in and make them all look beautiful. Wish that I could say that design is that simple...
but it is not. It is through hard work and a passion for creative challenges that design is elevated.
